I have an important recommendation to make and I hope the people concerned (in government) will care to listen. All the efforts to clean up Manila Bay will be in vain unless the trash that comes ashore after every storm (which regularly happen every year) is prevented. To do this, I suggest that a big, long, and sturdy net be placed far from the beach where these wastes may be collected before they reach the shoreline. (Btw, I wouldn't mind if I be credited for this suggestion).
