MAYOR Cursed & Ordered His Men to Beat Up Gov’t Task Force who were Conducting an Operation Against Illegal Quarry... Wife Mocks Task Force. 😠😡👊🏽

Corruption at its finest! In the Philippines, politicians seem to have a way to spring back into their respective positions even after breaking the law or doing something illegal.

A perfect example of this is Mayor Senandro “Pretty Boy” Jalgalado of Capalonga Town of Camarines Norte. In 2012, he faced charges for indiscriminate firing of his gun in front of a police station.

Sometime before 2014, a complaint was filed against him about allegedly firing his gun while at the back of a police station.

In 2014, an arrest was ordered against him and 2 others for Malicious Mischief. In 2015, he was rapped over a medicine scam.

Another incidence

Earlier today, he was subject of a viral video and is in the hot seat, yet again. In the lengthy video originally posted by Kagawad Fanny Almaida, the mayor can be seen in an encounter against the members of Governor’s Task Force who were conducting an operation Against Illegal Quarry.

The mayor is allegedly using a government-issued vehicle to do illegal quarry on the site when the task force caught them.

Fright and violence

The Mayor was clearly trying to use fright and violence from the start of the video. He can be heard instructing his men to barricade the road so no one gets out.

As the argument grew hotter, the mayor kept on cursing the man taking a video and asking his men to take the man down right in front of the policemen.

The wife of the mayor can also be seen who seemed to not be taking the matters seriously.



She first complained about the video but the man taking the video said that they were free men, and they can take videos if they wanted to.

Throwing Rocks & Threatening to Kill Civilian filming Video

As the man filming the video previously said, he was a free man, a civilian, who just happened to be in the area.

As seen in the video, the mayor picking up rocks and throwing it at the civilian as the one filming runs away.

The mayor had even ordered his men to beat up the civilian for taking a video!

"E-ivideo mo, inuupakan [kita]! Putang ina, ang yabang mo! Kahit i-bideo mo, putang ina yung tarantado 'yan!"

"Hoy, uupakan 'yun sira [ulo]! ...Upakan na! Upakan n'yo!"

"Papatayin kita!"

The situation got so out of hand that the government task force needed to defend the man.

Mockery

The wife waved and even danced in front of the camera, while her husband angrily cursed and threatened the man taking the video.

In the last part, the man can even be seen running away as the mayor’s men tried to get hold of him.
