A Doctor's Open Letter to Robredo: "You are not fit to be Vice President"

Following after the series of exposes on Vice President Leni Robredo, she is continually being blasted by Anti-Yellows for her shortcomings and shady political background.

University of the Philippines Diliman graduate Dr. Ethel Pineda posted an open letter to Leni that questioned her principles as the person holding the second highest position in the Philippines.

“Sana hindi mo tinanggap ang pag-aya sa iyo ng Liberal Party upang maging panakip butas sa posisyon na inayawan ni Grace Poe.”



Ethel wrote adding that if Leni was a woman of principle and intelligence “hindi ka kakampi sa mga taong may bahid ng hinala sa mga pangyayari, pagkatapos na pagkatapos ng pagkamatay ng iyong asawang si Jesse.”

Pineda cited the incident where former President Benigno Aquino III’s camp invaded late Naga City Mayor Jesse Robredo’s condominium to obtain certain documents, an instance that did not hinder Leni from running under the banner of the Liberal Party (LP).

Leni was also previously documented to have said “kahanga-hanga si Lilia Pineda” who is the Pampanga Governor married to one of the biggest jueteng lords in the country. Ethel linked Leni’s admiration of Lilia to their shared commonality: jueteng lords in their relations.


With the PCOS machines under investigation, Ethel cautioned Leni to await the recounting of the votes. “No one can trample upon our sacred right to vote. Diyan lamang nagkaka-pantay pantay ang mga Pilipino,” Ethel added.

Pineda pointed out that Leni was unable to fulfill her responsibilities as housing secretary and even “tangle[d] with the president head on.”

"Democracy demands dissent." Uy, quotation queen. Taob si Janice de Belen, kumusta na kaya siya? At kumusta na rin ang We Are Collective? Anyare? "You cannot silence me." E, ikaw, bakit you want to silence us?” Ethel quoted Leni, noting the paradox in her words and actions.

"Dear Leni Robredo,

Sana hindi mo tinanggap ang pag-aya sa iyo ng Liberal Party upang maging panakip butas sa posisyon na inayawan ni Grace Poe. Kung ikaw ay taong may prinsipyo at pag-iisip, hindi ka kakampi sa mga taong may bahid ng hinala sa mga pangyayari, pagkatapos na pagkatapos ng pagkamatay ng iyong asawang si Jesse. Natatandaan mo pa? Ang mga tao ni Noynoy Aquino ay sapilitang pumasok sa inyong condominium upang kumuha ng mga dokumento ni Jesse. Nanaig ang ambisyon. O delusyon?

Hintayin natin ang bilangan ulit. Ang sabi ng mga matematiko, may statistical improbability. Bukod diyan, may nabuking sa mga PCOS machines. No one can trample upon our sacred right to vote. Your principals are waiting for you to deliver. The power back to the LP, nothing less. You had to undermine every chance you get. The president was magnanimous enough to include you in his cabinet, though it was not really necessary, and not a matter of right for you.


Not only did you choose to tangle with the president head on, you sincerely failed the responsibilty entrusted to you as housing secretary. Wala ka na nga nagawa, combative ka pa. Wala ka na nga nagawa, nagsinungaling ka pa. Iniwan mo ang Naga during one of the worst calamities to hit it. Nang lumindol sa Surigao, inangkin mo pa ang tubig ng Coca-Cola. Mystery truck ka diyan.

E, ikaw, bakit you want to silence us?

You are not fit to be Vice president. Do not even for a second think that you can fill the shoes of Rodrigo Duterte. Isama mo pa ang mga paa (or hooves) ng buong Liberal Party. Kahibangan. Gaaad, I hate draaaaags."
