Thirteen members of the Tau Gamma Phi Fraternity are facing charges for the violation of the Anti-Hazing Law, following the hazing of Criminology student Jonathan Concordia in Laguna.
According to the Wednesday report of Chino Gaston in State of the Nation with Jessica Soho, Concordia's condition had improved after he suffered a brain hemorrhage after enduring the fraternity rites.
Though better, Concordia now has trouble speaking due to the trauma inflicted on his brain.
"Nagsasalita siya ng utal, gamol, tinatanong ko din 'yun sa doktor dahil daw 'yun sa trauma na inabot nga niya [...] [M]atagal po daw [na gamutan]. Mga months or years na therapy," Concordia's aunt, Annalisa Ramos, said.
