A Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Constabulary earns the praise from netizens after he showed concern to a sick child.
Oftentimes, these MMDA officers earn a bad reputation from motorists. But one incident showed that many of them truly care for others, especially those in need of their help.
Netizen Mit Javellana couldn’t be more thankful for a kind MMDA officer who helped them when they need it the most. She said they were on their way to a hospital for an emergency as her son, Earl, was having high-grade fever. Unfortunately, due to the traffic, they couldn’t move and got stuck.

After sensing that their car was trying to maneuver its way through the busy traffic, an MMDA officer went to them. Upon seeing a sick child, the kind MMDA officer offered to carry the child and walked towards the hospital instead. Such a relief for any mother to find good people willing to help!
Javellana extended her gratitude online and said, “Shout out po sa MMDA officer na binuhat si Earl kanina going to the hospital kasi sa sobrang traffic, hindi na gumagalaw ang mga sasakyan and nagchi-chills na si Earl because mataas ang fever niya.”

“Napansin ng MMDA na sumisiksik na yung kotse at sumisingit kaya lumapit siya, nung nalaman niyang papuntang ER, nag-offer siya na buhatin na si Earl at maglakad na lang pa hospital. Maraming salamat po sa inyo, sir,” she added.
Unfortunately, the name of the MMDA officer was not shared but he still earned praises from many netizens who also thanked him for his kindness.
