A three year-old girl whimpered ‘Daddy, daddy’ to try and summon help as she was raped by a stranger in a McDonald’s toilet.
The youngster was assaulted in the restaurant in Chicago Monday, with horrific details of the attack shared during suspect Christopher Puente’s court hearing Thursday.
According to court papers, the girl was at the city’s flagship McDonald’s restaurant with her dad and brother when her brother ‘had an accident.’

The youngsters’ father took both into the men’s restroom, and brought his son into a stall to clean himself up while his daughter waited outside. Puente, 34, is then said to have lured the toddler into his stall while her dad was preoccupied.
He pulled her into his lap, pulled down her pants and underwear, then sexually assaulted her, it is alleged. The attack left the youngster crying out for help, with Puente covering her mouth with his hand to try and stifle the sound, prosecutors say.
But the little girl’s dad heard her voice, and tried opening the locked stall door, CBS Chicago reported.
He then looked over the top of the partition, saw what was happening to her and grabbed the child’s legs to pull her out, the court was told.
The dad took his children out to his wife, then went back into the bathroom, by which time Puente is said to have fled the scene.
He was arrested on Wednesday after an altercation at a store which saw him refuse to leave.
Police called to the scene recognized him from surveillance grabs shared of the McDonald’s attacker.
Puente is said to have confessed to abducting the girl and taking her clothes off, but denies raping her.
Prosecutors explained: ‘The Defendant said that he was f****d up and thinking dirty.
‘He was dirty and didn’t want the police looking for him or catching him.
