The most popular local chief executive in the Philippines today, Mayor Isko Moreno of the City of Manila made a stern warning against the alleged Manila Drug Queen, a member of the Liberal Party according to some sources.

Mayor Isko Moreno called the attentions of former Barangay Chairwoman Guia Gomez Castro of Sampaloc, Manila to surface and explain her side regarding the accusations that she is the alleged illegal drug queen in Manila.
The announcement and pleading of the Manila City Mayor was made after Major General Guillermo Eleazar identified the alleged drug queen who resides in city of Manila under the administration of Mayor Isko Moreno.
Gen. Eleazar also called the attentions and urged the family of Castro to convince her to surrender or visit the nearest police stations to explain her side.
Mayor Isko Moreno also pleads to all the Barangay officials of Manila not to involve themselves in illegal drugs activities and stay away from those people or becoming their protector.
The former Barangay Captain who was seen in one of his photos attending an event wherein former Pres. Aquino was present is currently under surveillance and considered as a person of interest in relations to illegal drugs activities.
Guia Castro was allegedly involved in illegal drug activities, her involvement was made after the presentation that some PNP members dubbed as "Ninja Cops" allegedly receycled some illegal drugs confiscated in various drug operations.
