The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group's basis for filing a sedition case against Vice President Leni Robredo did not only rely on the statements of Peter Advicula or alias Bikoy, but also on other documentary evidence, said Philippine National Police Chief, General Oscar Albayalde.

The PNP chief also denied they were siding with 'Bikoy,' adding it was for the PNP to point out the possibility of a commission of crime and that the witness' credibility would still be at the discretion of the court.
