Aside from being subjected to physical harm, Cadet Fourth Class Darwin Dormitorio was even forced by an upperclassman to kiss two fellow Philippine Military Academy cadets, a sworn affidavit of a witness said.
According to a report on GMA News' Unang Balita on Friday, the witness said that Cadet Third Class Julius Carlo Tadena just stopped using the taser on Dormitorio when he ordered the plebe to kiss two other cadets in the room.
"Cadet Tadena closed the door and ordered Sierra and Cadet Domingo to kiss each other while saying 'l*****n mo!' and at the same time he was laughing," the affidavit read.
"He also commanded Cadet Dormitorio and me to kiss each other while saying 'O 'di ba bayot ka!' to Cadet Dormitorio," it added.

Further, the witness said it was on that night that Dormitorio was hurt by Cadet Third Class Rey David John Volante.
"While we were changing our uniform for our study period, Cadet Volante came in to check on us. He called his attention using his foot. Slightly kicked him," the affidavit read.
These revelations infuriated Dormitorio's bereaved family who demanded justice for his death.

Dormitorio died last month due to hazing-inflicted injuries that he sustained while inside the Philippine Military Academy.
According to police, seven cadets had direct participation in the hazing incident. They will be charged for violation of the Anti-Hazing Law and murder.

Formal complaints will also be filed against Captain Flor Apple Apostol of the PMA Station Hospital after she diagnosed Dormitorio as only having urinary tract infection. — Dona Magsino/RSJ, GMA News
